Measurement Policy

Because every shade is custom built to the measurements you provide, accurate measurements are the most important part of a great fit. Here is how we make sure you get it right.

Measure carefully

After your order, we send a simple measuring guide and a short how-to video, and our team is glad to walk you through it on a FaceTime or Zoom call. Take your time, measure twice, and follow the guide. A few minutes of care here is what makes your shade pull drum-tight.

We confirm before we cut

When you send your measurements and a few photos, our team reviews them against your boat. If anything looks off, we contact you before we build. Nothing is cut until you confirm your final measurements.

If it does not fit

We stand behind our work. If a shade arrives and does not fit the way it should, contact us within 14 days and we will repair, adjust, or remake it so it is right. That is our Perfect Fit Guarantee.

Your part

You are responsible for the measurements and the final approval you provide. Measuring accurately, and confirming the numbers when we check in with you, is what keeps your build fast and your fit perfect.
