Refund policy
Every National Canvas sun shade is custom built to your boat, so we handle returns a little differently than an off-the-shelf store. We always stand behind our work.
Perfect Fit Guarantee. We confirm your measurements with you before we build, and we review every shade for fit. If your shade does not fit the way it should, contact us and we will remake or adjust it. That is 52 years of getting it right.
Cancellations. Because shades are made to order, you can cancel for a full refund any time before we begin fabrication. Once we have started building your custom shade, it cannot be cancelled, since it is made specifically for your boat.
Damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged or has a workmanship defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will repair or replace it at no cost.
