Shipping policy
Free shipping, nationwide. We ship every order anywhere in the United States at no charge. Shipping is already included in your price.
How your order ships. Your poles, hardware, and rope ship first, so you can set up and take your measurements. Once we receive your measurements, we build your shade and ship it to you. Most customers have their complete shade system within two weeks or less, depending on how quickly we receive your measurements.
Tracking. You will receive tracking by email as soon as each shipment leaves our shop in Delray Beach, Florida.
