Carbon fiber telescoping — lightest and easiest

Adjusts from 68 to 88 inches. The lightest and stiffest option, easy to raise and lower, with a clean, modern look. Choose white, black, or silver. Built to last for years.

Stainless steel telescoping — strongest and classic

Adjusts from 66 to 84 inches. The heaviest and strongest, with a classic look that suits traditional boats and clean lines. Marine-grade and corrosion-proof, built to last for years.

Which should you pick?

Both are premium, marine-grade poles, so it comes down to feel. Choose carbon fiber for the lightest, easiest handling and a modern look, or stainless steel for maximum strength and a classic look.

How many poles

Most shades run on two poles. Larger or longer layouts step up to four or six, in even numbers for symmetry. Your poles drop into the rod holders you already have, no drilling into them. See the full buying guide.
