Center consoles are the worst boats in the world for shade and the best boats in the world for needing it. Open bow, open cockpit, and a hardtop that covers the helm and nothing else.

We build custom sunshades to your boat, patterned so they pull tight and clean with no flapping and sewn by hand in our Delray Beach, Florida shop. Bow shades, aft shades, or both. Take the full kit with poles and mounts, or just the panel if you already have hardware.

Bow shade, aft shade, or both

• Bow shade. Flies forward off the T-top to cover the bow seating and casting deck. This is the one most families want, because it is where everyone sits at anchor.
• Aft shade. Runs back off the T-top over the cockpit and leaning post. Better for fishing, and for keeping the sun off a cooler.
• Both. Two separate panels off the same hardtop. Nothing overlaps and either one can come down on its own.

How it works

1. Order online. Pick your boat length, shade position and pole type. About two minutes.
2. We ship your kit first. Poles, hardware and rope arrive at your door.
3. You measure on the boat with the poles standing. Five minutes, and we walk you through it on a call or FaceTime.
4. We build and ship. Most customers are flying the whole system in two weeks or less.

Why ours costs more than the $400 one

• Real marine fabric. Stamoid, and only Stamoid. 100% UVB protection, color-stable, and it does not go chalky in a season.
• 100% PTFE lifetime thread, about $200 a spool. Ordinary thread rots in UV and the seams open before the fabric ever wears out.
• Patterned in 3D so it tensions tight and clean instead of flapping at speed.
• Marine-grade stainless hardware throughout, quick-release, nothing to corrode.
